Mark Wyatt

Chief Executive Officer UK

Joined in 2014. Oversees London administrative functions and advises on credit risk. Previously spent 28 years at Euler Hermes, including senior responsibility for global risk underwriting.

Chris Howarth

Chief Financial Officer

Joined Falcon in 2012 and leads the development of its funding strategy. Previously held banking roles at BNP Paribas Fortis and Mizuho Corporate Bank, following management consulting experience.

Aisha Sissoko

Chief Executive Officer, AI Infrastructure Enablement

Aisha leads Falcon’s development of AI infrastructure enablement solutions, bringing experience across cloud infrastructure finance, capital allocation, supply-chain economics and strategic infrastructure investment.

Previously held senior finance leadership roles at Microsoft. At Falcon, she connects customer demand, global supply and disciplined commercial execution.

Dhiresh Dave

Chief Legal Officer

Joined in 2016. Leads legal, compliance and governance globally, alongside product and customer structuring.

Previously worked as a corporate finance lawyer at Clifford Chance in London.

Tim Esden

Chief Operations Officer

Joined in 2014 after a career in trade credit insurance at Coface. Following nine years in Falcon’s risk team, assumed leadership of global operations in January 2024.

Emma Milton

Global Head of Human Resources

Joined in 2023. Leads Falcon’s people strategy across recruitment, development, engagement and retention. Brings over twenty years of HR experience, including financial services roles at Man Group, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and PwC.

Paul Brooks

Head of Transaction Structuring

Joined in 2015. Structures transactions and implements inventory programmes for multinational customers. Previously led transaction execution at Lloyds Bank, working on complex debt facilities and trade finance arrangements.

Mark Wood

Head of Digitalization

Joined in 2020 to lead Falcon’s digital strategy. Brings fintech, trade, working-capital and supply-chain experience, with previous roles at TradeIX, Taulia, Trintech and Deltec.

Kevin Cummings

Sales Team – Europe

Joined in 2020 and focuses on corporate origination across the UK and Europe. Brings extensive capital markets and structured solutions experience from Nomura, Barclays Capital and Bank of America.

Mahesh Parameswaran

Sales Team – Asia Pacific

Joined in 2011 and leads the Singapore regional sales office, developing customer and partner relationships across Asia Pacific. A Chartered Accountant with international trade and supply-chain banking experience.
