Why Bring Falcon Into The Programme?

Your capital.
Your suppliers.
A more connected
commercial programme.

Even with strong procurement teams and access to capital, supplier commitments, equipment availability and deployment readiness can move on different timelines.

Falcon can take agreed commercial ownership between those milestones and coordinate the associated commitments and handoffs—working within your existing supplier ecosystem.

Our aim is to fit the programme around your existing procurement, approval and delivery processes, preserving established supplier relationships. Where changes would improve execution, we agree them with your team to keep implementation as seamless as possible.

The value is in bridging a defined timing gap and aligning commercial responsibilities around your operating requirement.
